TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing the Sand Fox Journeys website and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. BOOKING TERMS

1.1 BOOKING PROCESS

Bookings for transfer services between Errachidia, Rissani, Erfoud, and Merzouga can be made directly through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and payments are processed via PayPal, which allows the use of credit and debit cards.

1.2 BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a receipt followed by a confirmation email. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

1.3 CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the transfer are non-refundable.

1.4 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during booking. You must arrive on time for your transfer unless the delay is due to a factor outside of your control (e.g., a late flight). All passengers are expected to behave respectfully, follow local laws, and adhere to the driver's instructions throughout the journey.

1.5 PASSENGER AND LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS

Each vehicle seats up to four passengers. The amount of luggage that can be carried varies depending on vehicle occupancy; please contact us in advance if you have concerns. Dangerous items such as weapons must be stowed in the boot, not carried on board.

1.6 SERVICE DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS

In cases of weather or road conditions that may delay or cancel your transfer, you will be notified via email.

1.7 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
 

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, including flight delays. In the event of a delayed incoming flight, we will wait as long as possible for the customer, subject to driver availability. If the original driver is unable to continue waiting, we will send the next available driver to complete the transfer.

  • Loss, damage, or injury during the transfer, except where required by law.

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Issues arising from third-party services, such as payment processors.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION TERMS

2.1 ACCOUNT CREATION

To create an account on our website, you must provide your first name, surname, email address, password, and accept these terms and conditions. Accounts allow you to modify or cancel bookings online.

2.2 DATA COLLECTION AND PROTECTION

We collect personal information such as your name, surname, phone number, email address, and address for the purpose of booking services and responding to enquiries. If you opt in to our mailing list, you may receive marketing emails. We do not store payment information, as payments are processed via PayPal.

We use cookies unless you opt out. Your data is stored securely and encrypted. We do not share your information with third parties, except for PayPal, service providers, and legal authorities when necessary. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

2.3 ACCOUNT USE AND SECURITY

By registering an account, you agree to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2.4 ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request to delete your account at any time by contacting support@sandfoxjourneys.com.

3. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Morocco. By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes through negotiation.

4. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
